How Click & Collect works

Products with a price and the Click & Collect tag have an Add to cart button. Add what you need — your cart stays on this device while you browse.

Send us the order

Open the cart and choose Quick order on WhatsApp (fastest) or Order by email. Tell us your name and when you'd like to collect.

Collect & pay in store

We confirm availability and let you know when it's packed. Pick it up from the counter at 120 Beaumont Street and pay by card or cash.

Payment at the time of collection

There's no online payment and we never ask for card details on the website. Prices shown are a guide and may change slightly with stock — you pay the shelf price by card or cash at the counter when you collect.

Your cart is attached automatically. We'll contact you on the number or email you give us when it's ready — usually within 2–4 hours during opening hours.

Which products can I Click & Collect?
For now, products that show a price and the green Click & Collect tag — starting with our Himalaya wellness and Planet Ayurveda ranges. We're adding more each week. For anything else, message us on WhatsApp and we'll set it aside.
Do I pay online?
No. There is no online payment. You pay by card or cash at the counter when you collect your order.
How long will you hold my order?
We'll keep it packed for you until closing the next day. If you can't make it, just let us know on WhatsApp or by phone and we'll rearrange.
What if something is out of stock?
We check availability before confirming. If an item is unavailable we'll tell you straight away and suggest an alternative — you only pay for what you collect.
Can I order something that isn't on the website?
Yes — add it in the notes on the order form, or simply message us on WhatsApp 0432 197 640. We stock far more than we list online.
Where do I collect?
Raj's Spices & Groceries, 120 Beaumont Street, Newcastle NSW 2303 — open 7 days, 9am–9pm. Come to the counter and give us the name on your order.
